Ingredients
- raw meat (muscle meat, liver, kidney, brains, ...)
Put in a mason jar, seal tightly, put it in your fridge. Take it outside and wave it around every 3-4 days to exchange the air molecules. DO NOT OPEN inide, it will stink up your house. Eat at your leisure, or ferment it for months/years. For more information, read Aajonus Vonderplanitz.
YANG Juice 陽
In the West, we think of food in terms of its "macros": fat, carbs, and protein. In the East, it's more about yin and yang, cold and hot, damp and dry. During allergy season your body is extremely yin - producing lots of mucus and fluid to eject pollen and other pollutants from your tissue. With no sunlight in the winter (yin) months, your body follows. You can counterbalance this by making your body extremely yang with the YANG Juice 陽 recipe:
Ingredients
- pineapple (with the core)
- green apple
- 2-3 garlic gloves
- medium piece of tumeric
- medium piece of ginger
- medium horseraddish
- lemon
- 1 hot pepper (jalapeno, serrano, etc.)
Throw it all into a juicer, strain excess, take a shot every morning to instantly clear the sinuses and stimulate your qi.
YIN Juice 陰

- raw milk (cow, sheep, goat, ...)
drink a glass after exercise, sun exposure, or during bouts of inflammation
